Brexit 2021.

Duty and tax for imports to EU are not included in the final price.

Most medical devices are not made in UNITED KINGDOM and cannot benefit from duty relief.

No Vat charged on EU order. 

We will help when possible with document and clearance but it is importer responsibility.  

Is Tax/VAT included in price for UK orders ?

Yes all prices have UK TAX/VAT included in price VAT : 20% - UK. when applicable.

If you are VAT exempt please inform as before placing order in addiction to your vat number we need production of a completed bill of lading.

Do I need to pay extra for postage in UK and what about post insurance and tracking and dispatch time.

No if you live in UK postage is included in price that you see we use various carrier company like DHL, UPS, Royal Mail Hermes and others, depending on items size and wage and is always insured and fully traceable we always provide a tracking record to a costumer we aim to dispatch the items in 24h.

Do you post worldwide?

Yes we post worldwide insured and track service.Buyer (You) is responsible to pay any import charges, duty and provide any documents in order to clear and satisfy customs procedures international postage price will be display at checkout before you pay. Please read our Terms & Condition fully. 

Do you have a shop to visit inspect and or pick up the item in person.

To keep are prices low we don’t have a shop also due to Covic 19 restriction we no longer allow inspection, purchase in person or pick ups. 

What means spare /repair ?

Spare-  stock to repair or replace your broken machine if you know how.

Repair-  that could have missing part(s) or is not working correctly or is in need of a repair we describe the issue to the best of are knowledge.

Do you service and give a warranty how safe is used medical staff?

New, used and spare/repair medical equipment can be dangerous if used without appropriate service and safety checks we do not generally service or specialise in repair and work-ability we only carry out very basic checks we strongly recommend to refer to Terms & Condition for more information.

If I am unhappy with my purchase what can I do?

Please let as know if you not 100% satisfy and we do what we can to help use contact form on page all of are products are covered by 30 days return policy.

How do I return my item ?

Buyer is responsible for a return postage we recommend using insured track service we will provide a return postal address once the return is approved we refund after receiving the item back in original condition and in original package Please refer to our return policy.
